Paul was very good answering any questions I had about beds and comfort levels.
Salesman was outside smoking while we checked out the beds for about 10 minutes. He then proceeded to try and have us take a bed home and return it in 120 days if we dont like it for something different. Rather than help us find what we wanted he just kept telling us to take a mattress for the trial period. We bought our bed in St Charles 2 days later.
Good kind staff who will go to any extent to keep the customer satisfied and get the deal closed. We bought 4 mattresses for our family and friends. The manager was very helpful and took a lot of time to explain all the different models. Would recommend
