Amazing prices, quality, and customer service.
I am sending unconditional love and healing to the owner of this store. I tried calling there was not an answering machine to leave a message. I am a bus operator at Santa Cruz Metro. I was riding my bike to work this morning 09-27-24 and noticed a huge hole in the store window. I called 911 immediately to report it. It is so sad that people have to be so evil. Best place to get a new mattress in Santa Cruz
They don’t follow through on said promises Even though physically challenged. I was the one chasing them down. Empty promises. I was under the impression it was cheaper retain. A customer than To constantly try and acquire new ones Well this establishment will lose my business and the best advertising is word of mouth. Which was before Yelp. And google. Unfortunately this once satisfied customer was blown off So taking my monies elsewhere unfortunately
Chris was really helpful and super nice. I went in with the intention of buying an inexpensive mattress and I did. Also a plus he carried my mattress to my car. Definitely recommend that experience over shopping online.
