I just talked to the owner on a bed that broke in under 3 months… he was so rude, unprofessional and just disrespectful. I just needed a solution and he laughed and kept repeating he’s 250 pounds and can jump on that bed and not break it. My daughter is 67 pounds and her bed broke so easily. After I told him that he responded “so you’re calling my products cheap?”…. He is not what a manger should be like at all and I am flabbergasted.
