Very impressed with how everything went with our mattress shopping experience. We had been doing our homework for a couple of weeks and were interested in the Mlily Powercool line. My wife and I decided to go with the powercool split King and it has been really amazing. Customer service was top notch and the owner Gerry, seems like he really cares about people. Super happy!!!!
Gerry really took his time with us and was the exact opposite of pushy, which was a real issue with some mattress stores we visited. We compared brands and prices and went with the Mlily Hybrid Copper mattress with the adjustable base frame. He has been great to work with over the years and we are glad that we are able to work directly with a locally owned company instead of a huge greedy chain. AAA+++
Buying a mattress is a huge, expensive decision. Our experience working with Gery was better than 5 stars! He is so knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. He does not pressure you. He took lots of time to help us pick the right one and even delivered and set it up for us HIMSELF that same day when he got off work. We have never slept better and feel like we made a new friend. Make sure to go to Gery. You will not be disappointed!
