Kate was wonderful . She made sure I had the best bed possible for my budget. She was really patient with me and I love it . I will be sending people her way . ASAP thanks for your wonderful service .
The customer service was sad. The sales associate didn't even get up from her desk to show me what size bed that the mattress protector would fit. Instead she was given me direction as if I was driving. She didn't even get up from the desk to get the box. She asked me to pass it to her. They had the product I needed but customer service wasn't there.
