It was a very pleasant experience! Daniel(the sales associate) was very professional and answered all my questions about the mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about the different type of mattresses and the quality of each one!
The breadth of choice was staggering. Ultimately, it was Buzz Lightyear, my five year old dog, tested each mattress with me, to the dismay of the store manager, that helped me decide between two incredibly comfortable yet extra-firm mattresses.
Jeff at the El Cerrito location was nice, kind and listened to our needs!
