Daniel was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He showed us two mattresses, one of which we purchased. He explained the benefits of each mattress without any pressure to buy-and did not try to “upsell.” He kindly gave us a significant discount on our purchase and got us out the door in a timely manner. He was upbeat, kind and knowledgeable -I would highly recommend shopping at MattessFirm in El Cerrito. 5 stars!
Daniel was so helpful from introducing the mattress to deliver / pick up the old mattress. I’d recommend getting mattress from the shop to my friends.
