This is our 3rd time buying mattresses here over the last 11years. They do a very good job of letting you choose the best mattress to fit your needs. Jeff did not make me feel pressured at all, I was given time to try things as long as I needed to, suggestions were made to try different things, but he made me feel good about the decision I made and did not try to upsell me.
