Went to all 3 bedding stores in Covington. This was by far the most knowledgeable sales staff of the bunch. At the other two, the salespeople seemed too preoccupied to help us so we walked out.
Can count on them i am a very satisfied customer for only one reason the great service management offers didn't stop after you buy it . they helped me with a problem that wasn't even the fault of this store . they went beyond to help me one year later when my moving company ruined my mattress if i ever had to buy another bed i will buy it there even if i have to travel 300 miles to get it because the quality of the bed is wonderful and the service is what if expected family to do...
