Wanted to say thanks to Tim and Shawanda at the Bluebonnet Store. They were more than fair with me in resolving an issue and it was sincerely appreciated. These days you don't always receive great customer service but I certainly did!
After shopping mattress in several Baton Rouge locations, Tim Biglane took the time to help me figure out what exactly I needed in a mattress. Super impressed! Excellent customer service still does exist! Thank you Tim!
