Easy experience, got a super comfortable mattress they said was made locally. Was so confused looking online, Kyle helped clarify and got us exactly what we needed.
Brandon was a great sales associate. We are still waiting on our bed - now week 10, when we were told turn around was 2 weeks. Communication is not great, as I always have to call or visit the location for updates. Will adjust review upon corrections or arrival of bed. Did not have this experience with prior bed purchases at a Mattress Direct - extremely let down by this purchase. Edit- we now have cancelled after 14 weeks. One week later and still no refund.
Don’t know how they have a 4 plus star reviews Read the reviews, we are going through exactly what everyone else has no return calls ordered April 3. Still no mattress. They say it’s on the truck then a week later still no call. I wished we had read the reviews. We are taking actions against them to get resolved. I will be glad when this nightmare is over. I did check reviews and looks like all the good reviews are at least 2 plus years ago

Wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. Not only did have the same problems that others had not getting my mattress in 4-5 weeks as they stated on the purchase order and not returning my calls at 6 and 8 weeks. I' m not even sure I got the product I ordered, And they damaged my current mattress which was to be moved to the basement.
