Don’t know how they have a 4 plus star reviews Read the reviews, we are going through exactly what everyone else has no return calls ordered April 3. Still no mattress. They say it’s on the truck then a week later still no call. I wished we had read the reviews. We are taking actions against them to get resolved. I will be glad when this nightmare is over. I did check reviews and looks like all the good reviews are at least 2 plus years ago
Brandon was a great sales associate. We are still waiting on our bed - now week 10, when we were told turn around was 2 weeks. Communication is not great, as I always have to call or visit the location for updates. Will adjust review upon corrections or arrival of bed. Did not have this experience with prior bed purchases at a Mattress Direct - extremely let down by this purchase.
Wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. Not only did have the same problems that others had not getting my mattress in 4-5 weeks as they stated on the purchase order and not returning my calls at 6 and 8 weeks. I' m not even sure I got the product I ordered, And they damaged my current mattress which was to be moved to the basement. Terrible customer service. I purchased their top of the line mattress (over $3k) in Oct 2024. I was told, at time of purchase, to expect delivery within 3 to 5 weeks. Over 4 MONTHS later we have heard multiple reasons why we still do not have our mattress, backlog on materials, bad weather causing shipping issues. However, no one from Mattress Direct has ever reached out to us. We’ve reached out to them at least 6 times. Each time we were told it should be delivered within 2 weeks.
