Shopping for a new mattress is one of my least favorite activities, so this will be brief. Patrick, our sales guy, was straight forward and quite knowledgeable. They have a good selection and offered us different packages with discounts included. We're still shopping, and Mattress Direct is still in the running for us.
I had a family member purchase a mattress from their Chesterfield location in January of 2026. For two months after the purchase I heard numerous complaints of no return calls, mattress is still being made, it takes more time before it's shipped, just a lot of talk no action. Don't waste your time with these people, they're scammers. They just steal people's money. Also, the credit card company was contacted and my family members money was returned. This company doesn't even deserve an "F" rating.
This place totally has screwed us over! We purchased what we thought was the top of the line all the bells and whistles split king adjustable bed on March the 8th, with guaranteed delivery within 2 weeks, fast forward a month later, the employee that sold us the bed no longer is employed and everything she ordered for us was wrong! Upgrade and pay more but still guaranteed to be delivered before more husbands surgery! Surgery was April 1, No Bed, No Refunded, no communication with owner! Highly dissatisfied
If I could give 0 stars I would. Pat the boss never talks to his customers or employees, DOESNT give refunds, he’s also in debt. Nobody gets their product at all and if they do it’s ripped somehow or doesn’t work. I recommend staying as far away from here as possible!
Patrick what's very helpful and knowledgable. Listened to what we needed and recommended some great options. Ask us what we liked and disliked about them.And then help us find the perfect one. We were able to find what we wanted would highly recommend people seeing Patrick!!!
