Went in to purchase a specific bed, they tried to sell me their in house model. When I declined they happily sold me what I wanted but my mattress never arrived. Over a month of run around, avoiding my calls and emails, even going back into the store and getting lied to. I was told it was in the warehouse and would be delivered on 5 separate occasions. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. When we bought the mattress the owner was amazing. This has been so far the only good part of the experience. We were informed 4-6 weeks. Then we were told it would be delivered on the 23rd which would be 8 weeks. That date came and went. I try to call them and both numbers I can find for them are unusable, so I had to go up there to check on the current timeframe. Both times the associate was sleeping and I had to wake him. Shopping for a new mattress is one of my least favorite activities, so this will be brief. Patrick, our sales guy, was straight forward and quite knowledgeable. They have a good selection and offered us different packages with discounts included. We're still shopping, and Mattress Direct is still in the running for us.
I had a family member purchase a mattress from their Chesterfield location in January of 2026. For two months after the purchase I heard numerous complaints of no return calls, mattress is still being made, it takes more time before it's shipped, just a lot of talk no action. Don't waste your time with these people, they're scammers. They just steal people's money. Also, the credit card company was contacted and my family members money was returned. This company doesn't even deserve an "F" rating.
