When they tell you it's easy to return and you can try the mattress and exchange they are lying. The friendly man we bought from, wasn't so friendly after all.
One of the good mattress stores. We all know there is some amount of duplicity and deception when it comes to buying beds, but the owner her was very upfront about the products he offered, insightful, and he gave me a great deal on a return (which their return policy seems fair). Everything was affordable and professional, and when I decide to get a higher end model of mattress, I will definitely be going here. Also yeah, get the metal frames. They are fantastic!
The owner of the store came from inside the building and cussed me out about a parking situation. If you're looking to make a purchase somewhere that acts with integrity and treats people with respect, I would search elsewhere
Recently stopped into my local Mattress Depot to check out a couple beds, shop around town, get pricing, etc. After getting help from Bill, he showed me some great beds, lots of information on each. Suggestions and recommendations as well. I knew then and there I am going to buy from these guys. Very professional and knowledgeable group. I arrived today and Bill was straight to the point - I told him what I was looking for and he provided 3 options and allowed me to to test the mattresses. No pressure to upsell or anything,, just the facts. I was in and out in 20 minutes with exactly what I was looking for in a minimalist room. It was a great experience. Show floor to bedroom.
