We when to this store to change our mattress in our camper van. We ask for a short queen below 9 inch high. He present us a coils mattress that is «barely 9 inch» that’s was perfect for us! We unroll the mattress in our van to realize that it was almost 11 inch high The next day we when to the store for a refund and realize that they do not refund but they offert exchange only (there is no sing anywhere in the store of this policy) In our case (in a camer van) they do not have the same confort with a coil mattress in 9 inch ... read more
