Had a great experience at the Covington Mattress Depot store. Bret was patient and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and I didn't feel judged on my price point. The two gentlemen who delivered and setup my new mattress, were quick, polite and friendly. Will definitely shop here again.
Excellent Service and Amazing Mattresses! We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Depot USA in Covington! From the moment we walked in, the store manager Brett Morrow was welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect mattress. He really knew his stuff — explained the differences between each brand, gave us time to test everything out, and never pressured us to buy. If you’re in the Covington area and need a new bed, this is absolutely the place to go. I highly recommend this place!
We worked with Brett and it was a fantastic experience. He is super knowledgeable and very personable. He listened to us and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Zero pressure from him as well, just help and answers. Literally took care of everything from mattress protectors to taking away our old mattress. 10/10 recommend working with Brett!
What can I say that hasn’t already been said?? Brett is great! No high pressure sales pitch. He simply listened to what we were looking for and showed us several options. He even took the time to show me pillow options for my shoulder pain. We’ve had our bed for two weeks now and we love it! I’ll be going back for that pillow soon!
