Walked in with my 88 year old Mom and were expertly helped by Brett. We found exactly what she wanted. Thank you so much.
Purchase of mattress was easy and priced as expected. Delivery, however, has been frustrating. They clearly over committed and here we are at 10:30pm still waiting for our delivery originally scheduled at 5pm.

I called Mattress Depot just for “expert advice” and spoke with Donald. He was incredible even though he knew I wasn’t buying anything. Then I went to the store to show him what I was concerned about and, he again, was incredible. I WISH I had something to buy because if I had, his customer service was exemplary. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient and had a great sense of humor. He gets five stars.
We had a great shopping experience here. Brett was incredibly helpful, he provided multiple mattress options and guided us in choosing the one that best suited our sleeping positions and preferences. We also received some great discounts.
