Wonderful customer service and great prices! Both staff working on Saturday were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly while we were shopping for a new bed for our toddler. Best customer service we’ve had anywhere in a while. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with my experience purchasing a mattress from Mattress Depot. I received my order in June, and the mattress arrived damaged. I contacted the company immediately, but was informed that a replacement would only be delivered once they had another scheduled delivery in my area. I live 40 km from the store and paid a delivery fee, so I don't believe it’s reasonable for me to wait an indefinite amount of time for an exchange due to my location. Amazing place to shop we have purchased all our families matress sets here and sky has been great and friendly every time we visit
Excellent service here and good prices. I was shown a lot of beds, and never felt pressured into anything. I bought my last mattress here over 10 years ago, and now just bought my new one here. They offered free delivery in London, and the drivers even had great communication.
