I purchased a mattress on January 31. On February 1, I returned to the store to inform them that I was not satisfied with the mattress because it is too high and too firm. My wife was with me at the time; she is eight months pregnant. Due to the height and firmness of the mattress, it is very difficult and uncomfortable for her to get in and out of bed, and we believe it is not safe or suitable for her condition.
