We have been shopping here for years. Colby always offers great service to us. We send our friends and family to shop there. I am surprised there are any negative reviews. They are super friendly and spend time to make sure you have the right bed. I hope they have another 12 years of great service.

I ordered 3 mattresses from here on a Friday and recieved one that day that they had in stock and was told the other two would be there on Wednesday. Wednesday I called and spoke to Colby and was told my mattresses were in and ready to be picked up. After driving from Springtown he tells me that in fact they were NOT there and to try back Friday. DO NOT SHOP THERE! WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Bought a mattress , in between owner texting and me having to repeat myself, with the promise that they would put my name on it and hold till I could pick up. I informed the owner, Colby, that I was not sure when I would be getting the frame for the mattress since on back order. He assured me that it would be fine and the mattress would be there when I could get it. Mattress Depot was amazing!! We had stopped everywhere in town and they blew us away with customer service. They took time to actually find the bed that fit us the best. I can see why they have been in business for 10 years. Support this locally owned, family operated business. We saved a ton of money and are very happy.

Delivery person left gash on hardwood floor, I told Colby I heard it, it was the plastic piece from box spring. He said he is not responsible and in 15 years he never heard of that and he didn't know how that could happen. He couldn't care less. I wanted to buy local and that was a mistake, there is a reason some places stay in business for decades and why some change hands almost yearly, spend your money elsewhere.

Stay away and spend your money at another retailer. Tried to stay local,but received poor customer service with no mattress or refund after 9 days.
