I plan to notify the BBB on this store. Over and over on each website that has the reviews I see many others feel the way I do. They are great when they make the sale but watch out later down the road! The bed we bought started breaking down after just a few months and making wierd noises. Well guess what? I purchased a Queen mattress set from Chance. Because I voiced that I wasn't quite ready to buy, Chance enticed me with a lower price, a free heavy-duty frame, and free delivery. I also paid for Queen white sheets which were to be brought with the delivery since they had to come from another location.
