I was in the market for a new mattress, and Jacob was a fantastic help. He took the time to listen to exactly what I want and helped me find the best option for my sleep style and physical conditions. I never felt rushed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new mattress.
They will not refund new mattresses. Skip them and go directly to the manufacturer if buying a new mattress!
