Erik was great. On time, friendly and provided impeccable service cleaning our couch and chair!
$150 just to soak my mattress, stain and smell are still there. What a waste, I could have just poured water on it for the same result. Edit: Just read some reviews and responses claiming they don’t have a junior manager by the name of Peter but that’s who set my appointment through text, meaning it could be a made up name to avoid actual customer service. They also told me they clean rugs, but they respond here saying they don’t. This proves to me these are dishonest people and nobody should trust them with any personal inf... read more
