Kacey was the salesperson and she was absolutely great. She explain the difference between all her products and made recommendations base on our needs. She is very knowledgeable and kind. In regard to her service she gets 5 stars. However the whole experience does not end there. Includes also delivery. When I called to schedule the delivery my order could not be found. My wife and I have had the same bed for 15 years. We decided it’s time to upgrade and to something comfortable and with a great price. We visited with Dylan and he assisted us with finding the perfect bed. Fantastic customer service, a great price and even better a local company. Arrived at this store looking for DreamCloud and left with something far better. Chelsea was the rep who had helped and hand held me through 90min of explaining and patience. She did an amazing job and took customer service to another level. Great place to go for mattress needs.
