Melinda is absolutely wonderful. She is the owner of this business and she operates it so you know for certain you will get the quality service you are looking for. Great, reasonable prices with no hassles. It'll be a long time before we have to see her again but when we are in search for another mattress we are certainly coming back to "Mattress by appointment".
