Doug was great made this process very easy now to enjoy my new bed
Mr Doug was very professional & very helpful in helping me pick out a mattress & box spring. He was also very knowledgeable about mattress wear & tear & mattress life. I will recommend him to everyone who is looking for a mattress. It was very affordable & im very happy with my purchase!
Great customer service easy and fast
Very good experience, no pressure no haggle Doug is all about his mattress business. Update July 1st 2026 I’ve contacted Doug through text through DM’s on Facebook (our original way of communicating) even thru Cash App i’m requesting a refund of my money due to me no longer needing the mattress. I have the proof of the deposit I just want my money back. It shows that he read the text, but he didn’t respond. Communication is key no matter what the situation is. Let’s be professional here Doug.
Doug was nice on time and we made a great deal.. would recommend to family.
