We had a great experience at ‘Mattress by Appointment’. Mike was very knowledgeable about his products. He was friendly and super helpful. The delivery was easy and seamless. It was so nice to get an excellent mattress and support a local business.
Mike did a great job! He was a really swell guy and made the process very easy! Best of all the price was fair! You can also save a little bit if you're willing to help out with delivery and pick up! Very informative! The bed was a solid purchase!
Mike was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs. I have severe back and hip issues and he helped me find the perfect bed. I highly recommend you see him for your sleep needs.
Mike is very knowledgeable and not high pressure at all! Service was great, he delivered the mattress within an hour or two after we left the store. I should add that this was also on a Sunday during the Labor Day weekend.
