We had a wonderful experience, from beginning to end, with Pauline. She told us ahead of time, what to bring to the appointment. She explained all the details about the mattresses & financing, if you need it? We were able to take one mattress with us & the other one was delivered. Pauline kept us updated about the delivery date. My husband had been complaining about his back hurting for years, from our old mattress. I have not heard one complaint! Pauline is a pleasure to work with it! We highly recommend her store.

Just wanted to share my recent visit and purchase from Mattress by appointment! Pauline started by explaining the business end of it, and the quality of the mattresses that she carries! She then explained the financing process if a customer wants to purchase that way. I picked out which mattresses we wanted and then she explained the warranty and loaded us up! I highly recommend this business !
Outstanding customer service! Pauline and her husband are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They offer a great product. At great prices! My experience was so relaxing. No pressure at all.
