I called the phone number listed 4 times. The call was declined once, and the other 3 times no answer. When I went to the door (during business hours) nobody was there. The doors were locked and lights were off. I understand it says by appointment but if I can’t reach anyone to make an appointment, what am I supposed to do? I will start off by saying great customer service! Secondly the process was quick after I decided which matress I wanted. He gave me all the time I needed to test out the beds. My appointment was at 12pm and I received my bed same day by 3pm. (AMAZING). I was in desperate need of having it delivered same day and they made it happen. Delivery fee wasn't bad at all either. I definitely recommend!!

Very nice and inviting, good amount of mattresses to chose from as well as boxsprings, pillows and mattress covers. Process for approval was simple and took about 5 minutes to apply and get an approval. The whole process was easy and I would definitely tell a friend to tell a friend

I was able to take my time making my selection without feeling rushed. The owner was very patient and professional. The environment is inviting, clean and he accommodate your time. I truly love the mattress I've chosen. My first night was a dream after years of waking up restless feeling like I've been in a fight all night. Thanks Delvin for helping me sleep like a baby now 😊.
