Bought a mattress a couple months ago and it’s been amazing. No pushy sales tactics and it’s awesome you have the whole store to yourself. The owner is an amazing guy who will be completely honest and up front with you. I recommend this place to everyone and you can buy with confidence.
My husband and I first came into Mattress By Appointment last August to purchase a camper mattress we ended up buying a firm Brooklyn Bedding RV King Short, we only had a couple camping trips left for the season, my husband liked the mattress so much he brought it in the house from the camper to use till we saved up for a second mattress from Mattess By Appointment! My husband Dan has a broken back and staying comfortable and being able to sleep has not been easy. He’s been sleeping on the couch for quite awhile and it was just not helping. We bought a plush twin mattress from Josh and last night was the first night my hubby slept on it. Amazingly he slept most of the night in more comfort than he’s had in a long time! Josh was extremely helpful in getting us the best mattress for Dan and I highly recommend doing business with him!
This was a very good experience. Josh was professional and respectful and best of all, he was not pushy. He simply told us what they had that stayed within our budget parameters.
