I needed a RV mattress and was very pleased with the service and speed with which MATTRESS BY APPOINTMENT was able to get me one. I ordered it on Monday and picked it up on Thursday morning just in time for our vacation trip on Saturday. I originally looked at on line ordering but dealing with a local company and buying a locally made mattress at a very fair price, was very satisfying.

I was looking for a new bed to replace a very old mattress for our guest bedroom. The process was simple and super convenient! There were lots of beds to choose from and k was able to get a very nice mattress for a very great price. I highly recommend making the trip out! Great customer service from a family owned business, support local!!

There was no sales pressure, Tom was very knowledgeable, and the mattress we were interested in was in stock that day conveniently rolled up for us to take home with us. When we unrolled it at home, it went exactly like Tom said it would. After sleeping on the mattress for a week now, it is everything Tom assured us it would be.
