Haven't been to this new location yet, but did but a mattress from them earlier this year at the previous location. Richard was great. Professional and friendly, very easy to talk with. He let the wife and I test different mattresses, and arranged for and delivered the purchase in a timely manner that worked for us. Prices were quite competitive, it's definitely worth having a look!
Went to see Richard after I asked facebook where to go for a mattress, Richard made a suggestion for me and my son’s mattress’s and they were well priced. Financing was a breeze, delivery was on time. Over all I wouldn’t hesitate to shop at his store again. Thank you

After searching several furniture stores in Cornwall for a new queen mattress, we checked out Mattress By Appointment. Met with Richard and discussed our needs due to health and also we were transitioning from a waterbed. Very pleased with service, quality and price. Purchased exactly what we needed along with pedestal for a big fraction of what other stores wanted. By the second night of using the new mattress my sleep improved dramatically.
