Tom is a gentleman! We made an appointment to visit his warehouse as we were in need of a new mattress urgently. From the minute we walked thru the door he was very kind, helpful and informative, allowing us to take our time trying all the different kinds to see what suited us while explaining each one down to a T'. After finally deciding which one we wanted he let us know that he could deliver it to us later that day so we could start using it that night!.
