YOURE BUYING A MATTRESS AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN MOST MATTRESS PLACES BUT DONT DEPEND ON THE WARRANTY!!! UPDATE: I am now feeling like the review Toni left in terms to the Warranty. In less than a year the wood slats on one of the boxsprings I purchased and paid in full has split I reached out and was told to submit the documents sent to me. What a great experience!! I reached out and had my mattress three hours later... Very reasonable delivery.. Beautiful product, i'm so excited. The owner Ken is fantastic. I highly recommend!!!
I bought my mattress lil over a year and I dealt with Tom, old owner. Anyways it tore at the seams within 3 months and I was promised a 10 year warranty and for a year now nobody had helped me. So I’m paying and EXTRA 1,000$ cuz I needed to make payments cause I can’t afford to just buy one. I’m 61 n had back surgery, this is why the new mattress people but even tho I honor my monthly payments of 120$ mattress by appointment doesn’t honor theirs. I still have close to a year of payments left. What a scam!!!
