Chris is great! We were in and out in about 30 minutes. He is great with kids and very knowledgeable about how the mattresses are made and how they are different from other brands. I was shocked to know that we could just throw a full sized mattress in the back of our Tahoe and sleep on it that same night. No delivery fee!
