Sometimes I'm skeptical of poor reviews, but the other reviews saying there is a rude person answering the phone are 100% correct. I just wanted to know if this store same day delivers to my location, but the person was very nasty asking me "What does it matter?". Not sure if their 'deals' are worth suffering the horrible customer service, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Was very interested with purchasing a Queen mattress and having it delivered, but I was turned off by the attitude of your employee who answered the phone for today at 2:00 pm! He should not be answering questions with an attitude. I will call some place else!
So I have purchased 5 mattress’s from this establishment. Ashley has been absolutely amazing however the main man that overlooks everyone Joe is unbelievably rude, his customer service needs tremendous work and he has no respect for this business or his customers what so ever.
