I needed to get a couple of new mattresses and was on a time crunch. Joel was fantastic and got me setup with two great mattresses and got them quickly delivered and set up the next day. This was a great experience from start to finish. No high pressure sales, just great customer service! I would highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Joel at Mattress By Appointment. Scheduling an appointment was easy and Joel was very accommodating to our busy schedules. He was so patient with us while we laid on every mattress he had just to end up choosing the very first one. I loved that he didn’t automatically try to steer us to the most expensive mattress on the floor, but let us decide on our own. Easiest buying experience ever. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

We had previously looked at mattresses and priced some, but saw the Mattress by Appointment sign and decided to call. We got an appointment for the same day, and found out that not only was Joel very helpful and friendly, the mattresses were just as good quality at a much better price than others we had looked at. It was obvious that Joel was more interested in seeing that we got what we needed than selling us something that he didn’t think we’d like.
