We've been a long time customer with two mattresses purchased over the last 10 years. Due to some health issues I recently purchased a SensICE mattress topper and LOVE IT - it's that bit softer and the cool to the touch top layer (an upgrade from their older CoolMax product) works like a dream (pun intended). They manufactured it for me and it was ready a week earlier than expected. Above and beyond! Cannot recommend this business highly enough.
