I cannot say enough about the incredible kindness and generosity of Jim, the owner of this mattress store. He went above and beyond in a way that most business owners never would. Even after closing time, he took it upon himself to drive me from Moreno Valley to his store in Redlands, just so I could find a mattress that would help with my terrible back pain.
