I cannot say enough about the incredible kindness and generosity of Jim, the owner of this mattress store. He went above and beyond in a way that most business owners never would. Even after closing time, he took it upon himself to drive me from Moreno Valley to his store in Redlands, just so I could find a mattress that would help with my terrible back pain. Is a nice place to buy a confit mattress
I have just purchase a mattress from Ethan and he is very helpful, he listened to all concerns.But at the time of receiving the order which was 9 days later after having paid in full, I did not get the memory cooling pillows that were on the mattress at the time of purchase and Ethan had clearly said that those pillows came with the mattress.
