One of my more confusing shopping days. But as soon as I stepped in the store and met up with Cora, all things changed. She discussed and explained all of the mattresses that I was interested in. I spent a good while trying them out. She had all of the answers that I was looking for. Prices where fair and great sale items. The customer service was top notch. You don’t get that anymore. The customer service is top-notch service an old school feeling with honesty and amazing products. We just purchased a king size adjustable bed with 2 different twin mattresses from the Woodstock store. Florence was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us in determining the best solution for our needs. Cora was amazing ,she was very knowledgeable regrading the various mattress Quality and prices . Prices were comparable to the bigger box stores and delivery was sooner than anticipated . The delivery team was amazing , taking of their shoes , making sure everything was set up and trash disposed of. As well as being polite and sharing knowledge about our particular choice.
