We couldn't be happier with our experience with Richard Harrison at Mattress Brands' St Thomas location! After needing a new mattress pronto, Richard helped us find a super comfy queen mattress that suited our needs, a really nice new frame, and a high-quality water-resistant mattress cover all within our price point. Let me just say, our visit to get a new mattress was absolutely the best experience we have had. Richard was amazing and dealt with us professionally and curtiously. This was our (at least) 3rd mattress we have purchased over the years. I recommend, that if you are in need of a new mattress, you will be treated wonderfully. Thank for going above and beyond our expectations and truly appreciate everything that you did.
I purchased a new queen mattress today for my 15yr old. We went in without much of an idea other than our budget. Richard was great right from the start. He had her try out a few options, and was great to be patient with us. We stayed in budget and ended up leaving with a new mattress all in less than an hr. 10/10 will return when its time to replace the other mattresses in our home.
Went in to buy a mattress and talked to Richard. Talked about type of mattress I used over a period of time and things i did or didnt like about them. Tried out some mattresses and after being on each for around 15 minutes, pick 2 that I liked the best. Going back and forth, laying on them again for a period of time, which Richard advise us to do, and make sure we would be happy with our choice. He really knows what he's talking about, and does not want you to be in a hurry, Thanks Richard for all your help.
