Had an opportunity to visit Richard at this location this morning. What a refreshing change from the high prices and high pressure salesmen at other popular mattress stores. Richard spent almost 2 hours with us in a relaxed atmosphere explaing mattress construction, proper maintenance and comparisons. We left the store confident we had made the best choice for a good night sleep. Thanks again Richard.
Excellent service by Richard. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not overbearing. The store was clean, well set-up and well stocked with an excellent selection.
Robert and Richard were willing to take the time to determine which product would meet my specific sleep needs due to various medical issues. Purchased a Reflexion Arc adjustable base for my fairly new Sealey mattress. Had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Delivery guys got right to the task and had eveything in place in about 30 minutes.
