They deserve 0 stars. This establishment has horrible dishonest business practices in serious violation of consumer rights. They took my order and never delivered my order event till today 10 weeks later. I don't even think they ever placed my order with Ashley furniture. I reordered my items from Ashley furniture and got them in less than a week. So there is something fishy going on with this business. Maybe they're fine if you purchase in store, but we ordered couches through them and paid in full and they told us at the most 3.5 weeks. It's been 5.5 weeks. They said two weeks ago it would arrive tomorrow. I called today and they said 10 days from now. I will never purchase from them again. I'm going out of state for the summer very soon and am not going to be able to receive my freaking furniture because they lied about when it would arrive by 3 weeks (so far at least)! I purchased a full bedroom set along with sectional on 7/12/2017 paid for in full same day. I was told to allow 1 ½ to 3 ½ weeks for the furniture to be delivered to the store warehouse (this is in writing on the contract agreement) which at that time I would instruct Mattress and furniture supercenter located at 2719 Adamo Dr. Tampa, FL 33605 when my house was finished being built so they can schedule delivery of my furniture.
