After purchasing 6 mattresses from mattress and Beyond in Key Largo over the 30 years I've lived here, I purchased King Beautyrest Black pillowtop. after 3 months, It was replaced under warranty. The New mattress did the same thing after 2 months...ie. it sagged on each side forming a lump down the middle. The sags exceeded the 1 1/2" depth covered by the warranty, yet Lazlo refused to file the claim, nor has he responded to follow up requests. After 17 months, we are disposing a $3000.00 mattress .
