Schedules me for 12:45 and they don't even get back from lunch till 1. Has me sitting out here for an extra 15 mins of my day that I could have used. Waste of time...
I DO NOT recommend this doctor!!!!! Fat shaming people and telling people that “there not old enough” to be making decisions on there own when there an adult is not how that should be. Shame on you MR DEAN MATTOX. He does not listen to when you have something to say. Ignores you and says what he wants. There’s other ways to go around it and not making young girls cry leaving your office.

Whoever answered the phone told me the person I was asking to make an appointment with Audrey Lehman didn’t work there which was a lie because the person that referred me used to work in that office and because I asked her a few questions she hung up on me. Very rude and very bad customer service skills
