Absolutely the nicest guy ever. Going to look at a bike after a devastating crash and he was so nice and kind to us while he himself was struggling with his own things. He gave me, my mom and grandma the best biggest hugs. Definitely so grateful to have met you, thanks for taking such good care of the bike 💜 thank you for being so kind.
