La visita fue excelente, el personal muy amable y atento. La Dra. Mattoo escuchó todas mis inquietudes con paciencia y me hizo sentir muy tranquila. Sin duda recomiendo 100% esta clínica.
i went to the office for the first time today with my daughter for an emergency visit. they accepted my walk in and the receptionist helped me with the process of calling the insurance to change doctors. the staff made the process so easy and the doctor listened to all my concerns. so grateful for them taking in my child today!! Great doctor and staff. I recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician
Me encontraba visitando la oficina y pues la doctora estuvo bien, pero el personal me dejó medio traumada con la forma en que se tratan entre ellas, súper pesadas. Escuché a las muchachas diciéndose cosas bien feas y no entendí por qué. Y no solo eso, pero no sé si una de ellas es nueva porque en la manera que su compañera la trataba era muy desagradable incluso me llegué a sentir muy mal por ella la doctora puede ser muy buena y todo pero con su personal y el tiempo de espera no dan ganas de no volver
Wow! Amazing office! They accept WALKINS for sick visit!!!! So much different then other offices. From the receptionist to the back end to reaching to the Dr. Mattoo The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a sick appointment available everyday and you definitely need that. My previous pediatrician would give me a 3 day appointment for a sick visit and always had to end up going to the emergency room with my kiddo.
