Worse place I have ever lived in. They raise the rent every year even if you lived with them over 3 years. The property manager Alicia is rude and acts like she can't help you unless your behind on rent. And she speaks to you like your incompetent. The maintenance team rarely come when you put in a request and when they do come, they barely fix anything or they will come look at the issue and never come back to fix it. I do not recommend Mattis North Apartments at all. I’m currently renting from them. I have bad mold in my parent I have a huge water damage going on in my apartment as well this is my second year with them & you’ll think I’m top priority because they get their rent if not on time a few days late. I was told the problem was fixed they put a patch on my ceiling & three weeks later it fell down with paint & the water started coming down even worst I have 5 kids & currently pregnant.
