Absolutely terrible. It took 4-5 poorly skilled staff members over 2 hours to get an IV started on my wife and when they finally did, it was placed incorrectly and she suffered a massive infiltration of contrast material during CT.
Trash trash trash. They almost killed me. Im serious about a lawsuit. Already in motion.
Came in with a head injury, staff was great, care was quick, and they laughed at my jokes. Great time and would come back but hopefully never do
I do not use this hospital from past bad experiences, but I figured with Lehigh Valley taking over they would’ve gotten better but they have not. I went to the ER with a deep laceration in my knuckle and I was told it was an over two hour wait which could get pushed further out because of ambulances coming in. I am immunocompromised and there were people in the emergency room throwing up so I had to leave without it being treated.
Do not go to this hospital the worst staff. I would rather pay out of pocket and go to st Luke's (like I did yesterday after coming here first) doctors are unprofessional and nobody does their job save your time and most likely your life do not go to this hospital.
