Mr. Mattingly was the opposing lawyer in a case against my wife and I. Rude. His appearance was what can only be described as disheveled. I thought they brought a bum off of the square to come in and litigate cases. Should a blue collar layperson be better dressed in court than an attorney? Totally, disorganized. Forgot to provide the documents I requested. My wife and I had to come to court 3 times because he wasn't ready to proceed. You will probably be billed extra hours due to his disorganization.
