Mattingly Ford Title always does a great job with my clients. They have a great team of workers and they are always on top of things! I enjoy working with them and will continue to work with them .
Worst experience we have had doing a closing. Closed at 4pm on a Friday, so we couldn't receive ours funds for 3 days. We opted to have checked mailed overnight. They mailed it regular shipping. Didn't receive check until the next Wednesday. They way they made out the check caused massive problems with the bank. They had to have my original POA, which we needed for other tasks. 2 weeks later we still don't have it back. Had to have it picked up by realtor. I would choose another closing company.
I have closed a number of HUD listings with Mattingly over the years, and they have always come through with excellent communication and timely closings. You couldn't ask for a better team to work with, and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to close with a top notch title company in the area!
I've used Mattingly Ford for years. They provide outstanding service, are unmatched in industry knowledge, and always accomadate my clients needs. Their closers are personable and professional, and Mary K is the best out there!
