I wish I could give zero stars. My HOA hired Mattingly to replace sections of sidewalks and driveways in my subdivision. The work was started in February of this year. I noticed that there were dark spots and “pitting” on those new sections. I notified my HOA management company of the issues mid-March. Will, the owner, comes out as a nice guy. But be very careful. He's not in control and has no idea what his sloppy workers are doing and has no idea of what's going on. He's a very good salesman. He'll sell you. That's for sure. But his guys are SLOPPY and their work is SLOPPY! To top that, within less than a month, the concrete cracked already. I highly recommend against doing business with this company.
I had a driveway and front walkway installed at my home in April 2014. The work is top notch and Im positive that I went with the right contractor. I have had bad experiences with other contractors in the past and Mattingly Concrete was by far the most professional and prompt that I have dealt with thus far. I called and left a message with the company office...Dan Mattingly was very prompt in his response. Once we agreed on a price his crew was out and working immediately. They did a marvelous stamped patio at our house and with little to no collateral damage. Crew was very intelligent and well kept. They did a great job cleaning up and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for concrete services!
