I wish I could give zero stars. My HOA hired Mattingly to replace sections of sidewalks and driveways in my subdivision. The work was started in February of this year. I noticed that there were dark spots and “pitting” on those new sections. I notified my HOA management company of the issues mid-March. Will, the owner, comes out as a nice guy. But be very careful. He's not in control and has no idea what his sloppy workers are doing and has no idea of what's going on. He's a very good salesman. He'll sell you. That's for sure. But his guys are SLOPPY and their work is SLOPPY! To top that, within less than a month, the concrete cracked already. I highly recommend against doing business with this company.
