Wish I could give them more stars! We were heading from Indiana to Kansas for a family reunion and had an emergency with our vehicle. Mattingly automotive was very close to where we were on the interstate and was rated 4.9 stars. Oh boy, do they deserve 20 stars! We ended up needing a wheel bearing replaced. They were able to get us diagnosed repaired and back on the road and under three hours the service was tremendous. This shop is honest, straightforward with timelines, has clear communication, quotes are easy to understood, and are reasonably priced. I could not recommend them more! My sister’s car broke down while driving up to Chicago over a holiday weekend. We left her car in the parking lot unannounced and unattended. Called them the next day business day, explained the situation, and they got it all sorted. Even texted a link to the quote so we could easily review and approved.
