I was having issues with my car unexpectedly and called to get an appointment. Jared offered to have me bring it in to look at fluids before I drove home. When I arrived, he stopped what he was doing to do an extensive look over to try to solve the problem. He not only looked at fluids, but checked parts of the engine and went above and beyond to try to help. Can’t wait to go back and get new tires!!! :-) customer service is great and it makes the town Atlanta feel at home being in the center of town. I’ve been blessed to have found a good place to take my car!!! They are quick and polite, especially when dealing with the intoxilock machine
I have had Mattingly's work on my vehicles since they opened. They have taken such good care of me that I have recommended them to others. They always fix what is wrong at very reasonable prices and will never try to sell you things that are not needed at the time. Believe me I have tried. If something goes wrong they will do everything they possibly can to make it right. I will not go to anyone else.
Helped us when we were in a bind while driving through on our way to Indiana. We were 3 hrs from home and 3 hrs from our destination and unable to safely travel with what was going on. They worked us in right away and fixed our problem in under 20min. Also gave us a very fair price and did not try to take advantage of our situation. Would give them a 10/10 if I could.
