This is by far the WORST place to buy a car. I purchased a Pre-Certified **** and discovered that they did NOT conduct a thorough inspection. I discovered the brakes rotors were warped, the brake pads were worn, and the engine air filter was filthy and loaded with leaves, broken styrofoam causing the engine not to shift properly. In addition, I canceled the extended warranty protection three months ago and the finance manager failed to provide documentation after numerous requests . I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle here and experience the most unprofessional, incompetent, and disrespectful behavior that I’ve ever experienced from a business. Not only could they not get the paperwork correct for the purchase of my car, they dodged numerous phone calls from my bank, and then proceeded to initiate a swear filled screaming match with my family. I will never do business again with this company.
