Matte Groves Brewery was such a fun place to visit! The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. One of the best parts was that they welcomed our dogs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The beer was cold and delicious and it paired perfectly with the amazing food from next door. I stopped by for a quick beer to try them out. Pretty wide selection of different styles. The vibe wasn’t there for me at this one but it might be for someone else’s tastes. If I had more time I’d probably have a different beer. I forgot which one I had but it tasted very floral which I didn’t expect. When I’m back in town I’ll try them again.
Great people, great vibes. Highly recommend their blueberry/lavender beer and trivia nights. Always a good time.
Some of the best beer in Sacramento area. True European styles and not just the hoppiest IPA blah blah copy and paste nonsense that has plagued other NorCal establishments. Highly recommend
