Excellent care!
Had you told me 10 years ago my son would manage to get braces on I would have laughed in your face - no way would I have believed this was possible given sensory challenges and anxiety. Everyone at the office is incredibly helpful and patient with him. They are respectful of his concerns and challenges and enable his success. He had so many questions and things he needed to say, and they never rushed him. I am so grateful that he is able to get the work done that he needs!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Monroe Ave location. Every single staff member is so friendly, and so is Dr. Mattiacio. They are very conscientious and considerate of dental anxieties, and their calm demeanors have alleviated my anxiety. I don’t dread going to my visits for my Invisalign at all. Their waiting room is also very nice with games for the kids to play as they wait and a coffee/espresso machine (love that). The restrooms are also very nice and clean.
