We arrived at our AirBnB this afternoon and discovered the downstairs plumbing wasn’t operational. Our agent called Sam the Director of Matti Plumbing P/L he arrived within the time we were told and worked continuously until the issue was resolved. Nothing was too much trouble and he cleaned up after the job was completed. Sam comes highly recommended. Thank you Sam.

I agree with other reviews I have seen about Matti Plumbing. Service ok on first visit then the professionalism crumbles. We were charged $530 that resulted in one leaking tap being replaced and some quote work done. Some of the investigation charged was to be deducted from our next bill. Silly us! Matti Plumbing actively deterred us from affording/investing in a second service visit with extremely slow responses (initially ghosting us), extremely high quotes and delay delay delay tactics. I agree with other reviews I have seen about Matti Plumbing. Service ok on first visit then the professionalism crumbles.
