Dr Matthys couldn’t have been better. The OR staff were professional and very pleasant. The center for special surgery was spotless. The entire experience from consult to post op appt was extremely positive.
Dr. Matthy’s and staff are exceptional. I had my right hip replaced and feel like I have my life back!
I highly recommend Dr. Matthys for hip surgery. His procedure is amazing. He cuts in the front of the leg in the crease area. The cut is about 3-4" in length. By doing it this way he's not cutting through any muscles so your healing time is shorter. Two weeks after my hip surgery I road a stationary bike 2 miles. I've also had 3 knee scopings done and again everything went very well. Thank you Dr. Matthys and staff for taking good care of me!
I am extremely grateful for Dr. Matthys and his staff on my recent hip replacement surgery. All of my questions and concerns were covered both before and after the surgery. I am on the road now to recovery and look forward to keeping up with my grandchildren again, and hiking whenever I can. Thanks Dr. Matthys!
Dr Matthys and his entire staff have been phenomenal, I was living in pain for quite a while until I could arrange to have it done, They got me in quickly and the entire experience was top notch, not enough stars to give ! kind, caring, fast, professional, effective. I tell people that my surgery day was far more pleasant than many days I've had working lol. Miracle worker and amazing! If your joints are hurting you go see Dr. Matthys!!
